This actually happened back in Feb 07. Its kind of odd that its just getting media attention now.

Its pretty sick what they did. I mean I personally dont care, Im not an animal rights activist, but I do consider what they did to be pretty tastless and gross lol. I mean really, its one thing to slaughter a goat (cutting the head almost off and letting the blood drain IIRC is a normal part of the slaughter process) and eat it (I have no problems with this btw), but getting people to shove their hands down the already dead goats neck in order to pull out a food that suppose to emulate the apperiance of "guts" is just wrong on so many levels.

I mean who organized this? A bunch of anti-social Emo-Goths?

Exactly. It's a goat. Who gives a shit. That's what they did back in those days. Beheading a goat to eat it is a little humane to me, even for a publicity stunt, then filling a cow up with a ton of drugs so we can then grind it into meat and feed it to our families.
