    Chi Blast & HNM

I tried to look around, but i couldnt find anything.

I think for the 1st time, i went to try MNK/WHM on a Wyrm. But it didnt went as expected.

My MND total was @ 150 and my Chi Blast was only doing 300-400 on Jormy, why?

MNK/WHM are useless @ Wyrms fight?

The 3 CoP wyrms have 1/2 dmg reduction to ranged dmg, black magic, diablos 'ranged' magical BP attack and yep, chi blast.

CoP wyrms also have massive MND values of their own.

I'd more likely go as MNK/DRK. Chi blasting has always been sorta weak in comparison to the dmg done by a MNK/DRK. Then again, you can't use MNK/DRK for a lot of situations.

Strangely enough, Quick Draw still hits for full damage despite the halved magic damage. But SE apparently caught onto this and proceeded to halve QD as well on ToA HNM and JoL.

Well-geared MNK's can get up to around 2000 damage Stacking that with Sneak Attack.

Preventing a wyrm from flailing after a SA+WS isn't hard at all. Either have someone toss a stun when they do the WS, or have tanks that don't lose hate. We usually have SAM's throwing around 1-1.2k Tachi: Gekko's and we've only been flailed once...

...and even then, Utsusemi just eats it, the SAM dies, and the rest of the LS gets a decent laugh out of it.

Hit flee, then tell a BLM to stun after you use WS, then SATA Full Swing, run to tanks, probably die, but no flail.

Safe as houses (wherever that phrase comes from).

Where exactly do you position the rest of your alliance?

We usually use the 2 ledges on the northern side of her spawn area. Alliance sits up top, tanks stand down on the bottom, all AoE can't touch the main alliance. Ther's more adds to deal with than some other spots, but it's certain safety from AoE, and we've had big problems due to spectators lagging us in other locations.

Yes because 2k damage is the same as 1k
Sometimes it doesn't matter how much hate your tanks have, spike hate owns
