Damn, seriously, if I had the sort of cash you seem to have I would just let a trainer boss me around until I got into the shape I wanted.Originally Posted by Exoduso

I don't think it's really fair to tell people what they have the time for. Even the 10 minute drive to and from the gym (20 minutes for the non math majors) might mean the difference between being able to workout and not.I have a feeling if you don't have time to go to the gym, you won't really have time to hop on your bowflex. Why make excuses?
My average total workout is about 60-70 minutes, so adding driving time to that makes it 90. There are many days where I don't have 90 mins but have 60.
I don't know how that's such a difficult concept to grasp.
You may be right. It was an unfair assumption of me. I've just seen it many times in real life where people claim they don't have enough time to do something. My roommate is a perfect example. He claims he's extremely busy all the time and has no time for anything, yet I see him sitting on his ass alot or chatting on the computer.Originally Posted by Raineer
Skimming a few minutes out of a few daily activities might allow someone to find the time. I used to think I had the same problem until I started getting up in the morning and working out. I mean...5am. It's a good feeling knowing that I got the hardest part of my day out of the way and that I can relax for the rest of it.
