I don't think there's an absolute answer, it depends on the party.Originally Posted by Blackice

In a typical 1 BRD party where a NIN's eating sushi and getting 1 Minuet, it's pretty much the same deal as Tekko+1 vs O. Kote. The Swordbelt +1 is probably slightly better in that situation, but the question comes in whether it's worth the inv-1 if you're carrying a Warwolf anyway (I macro it in along with other +Enmity for Provoke to make it more likely that I *will* turn a mob if I have to, for example).
In an ideal world, with inventory space permitting, it's probably worth making 2 or 3 separate Jin gear macros, one with a STR bias for extreme-Att situations, one with an Att bias for relatively low-Att situations, and one with an Acc bias for times when you're getting frustratingly frequent missed hits and dumping on a ton of Acc is going to do more to stabilize your WS average than adding STR or Att.
Edit (only because I don't want to make another post to list WS gear that's virtually identical to everyone else's): I advocate the 2-3 separate Jin gear macros because I do that myself, and I've been very happy with the results. At present, I only functionally use 2 (a STR/Att blend and an Acc-heavy setup) because while my TP gear is nearly finished (only luxury item and Usukane upgrades remain), my WS gear is still lacking many pieces due to a combination of not being a 1st job NIN (my NIN is better than my RDM these days though, heh) and just incredibly bad luck.
The eventual goal is Shura Head->Usukane Somen, Minuet Earring->Fenrir/Merman's Earring, AF+1/AF2->BKote, Warwolf Belt->Swordbelt +1 as the main differences between the STR and Att sets. I'll hopefully be the first in my Salvage group to get the Sune-Ate as well, though I don't think I'd use them in an Att-based WS set over Rutter Sabatons except when my Acc is a little shaky.
