    This site is fun but it also can't factor in niche value. A site that's able to attract a fairly specific demographic would have more value to advertisers than just any generic website whose demographic is fragmented. Nonetheless, mildly interesting.

    Unfortunately, I could not pull up Allakhazam's FFXI site as an accurate separate query. Otherwise I would have listed it instead of the general site.

    It ultimately came up with $45,625, but it does not take domain age into account.
