I like how Spiderman's leg clipped through the Venom model as they were falling in the one scene.

good note.... venom isnt gone... wooo :D
I just saw it last night, and aside from any cgi errors, or variations from the real spiderman story, I really liked the movie.
The story for the movie was great, and the action was great. I was loving every second of everything he was doing when he had the black suit on, and the emo haircut was a riot lol. It was like he mutated into House.

But why was Gambit never in any of the three movies. And I am not talking about the part in 2 when they show his name on a computer screen for .5 seconds. I always liked him the best and I know lots of people did, why not include him?
Edited for truth.Originally Posted by Xavier
I watched it Saturday, after having watched Hot Fuzz friday night (which was awesome). I wouldn't say it was completely terrible...but yeah. There was way too much retardation with the emo Parker particularly. Sandman was, honestly, completely unnecessary for the movie.
It would have been a much better movie with just Goblin/Venom and a chunk more character development -not- in the form of overdone cheese as was shown.
The movie was good.

98% of movies adapted from a book/comic book/anything else can't and don't follow it 100%, hell barely 80%. Stop hating on a movie simply because it didnt follow the book/comic book/etc to a fukin tee. If you are always bitching about how a movie did so "horrible," why don't you do your own adaptation of it, if you all are such damn geniuses. Keep in mind movies generally will last 2-2:30 hr before it becomes too long, (LOTR being 1 big exception here as far as following most of its story elements to about 92% accuracy overall while being good movies in the process). Watch the movie and pretend it had nothing to do with the comic, enjoy it as a MOVIE. IMO they did very well for a 2 hour 20 minute movie to incorporate 3(4) villains, the emotions and relationships, and fight scenes for a nice big finale. If Stan Lee had any part in the movies develpoment and he's the 1 responsible for the Marvel world in general, I'm pretty sure it couldn't be done too much better. Unless you guys are producing films that "will follow the book/comic book with 100% accuracy" and lasts 4 hours+ in the process, go for it, nothing's stopping you, just enjoy the movie for what it is or be quiet. People nitpick on silly shit and can't enjoy anything nowadays. Since it's already well known 98% of all adaptations are barely 80% of its original material, you should already expect differences in any of them that you do watch. Every movie review to date that's been an adaptation on these forums lately has all received the same criticism, I wouldv'e thought by now everyone's figured out they can't and don't follow the original material by barely 80%. Might as well not watch anything else that was a book or comic book ever again.

A lot of glitches i must say, i was doing a mission to follow the lizard running in the city and a lot of the cs all i saw was a big red exclamation mark, at 1st i didnt knew what it was until i saw it flip a car then i knew that was supposed to be the lizard.
Theres some mini-missions call crime patrol, involves 4-5 gangs that you have to stop, all the fucking missions are the same with each gang. Lots of loading time that makes you go /emo.The worst thing is i was trying to decide which one to buy this one or wait like a week for dot hack G.U Vol 2, Now i have to sell this piece of crap.
P.S
