Well on Kil'Jaeden, most of the alliance people are kids... which results in many many annoying gankings, unless you play late at night when they're asleep.

Weekends were horrible... But hey, at least I gave it a shot... the game itself is pretty fun, but the whole ganking shit on that server is ridiculous, and the reason I gave it a try was to play with my old ffxi ls mates again.. but I guess the game just isn't for me, at least not on a PVP server (but that means I won't play it at all, since playing by myself all over again is crap.)

i played wow for a bit. got rogue to 70 and was pretty high on the list of people who hit 70 fast. got my epic mount really fast as well and the epic aldor sword reward.

my gripes with the game were; cant weap swap in combat without having 1sec global cooldown, the community is absolute ass, raiding is fun but all it takes is one tard to screw it all up, and lastly there seems to be a lack of skillful players in the game. oh i forgot, it should be player vs player and not horde vs alliance, (that was the biggest turn off to the game to me).

I'm rather confused as to whether they're just like crafted things you apply to gear or you actually have to trade shit with enchanters ;3 (yeah, I know I could Google it, but I'm an incredibly lazy son of a bitch <3). Gnomes piss me off btw ;\

yeah definantly not hard to make money in the game with some effort... or even leveling.

I woulda had a epic flying mount already cept all that money went to spellfire and spellstrike gear ;/
oh and leveling enchant+tailoring

true, but if youre pissing me off i have to write your name down and hope you play the arena. then i have to hope i go up against you at some point in time. (duels dont count either, the most i can hope for is winning the duel THEN a horde comes by and makes you graveyard walk)

id rather have the option to click you then and there and kill you haha.

Ain't you a druid though? You know you can get your flying for free... only need to sell your body to one person for 5k gold or 25 people at 200 gold. :D

I switched over from ffxi to wow a few months ago and enjoy the PvE servers. I strictly play the role playing servers which really adds something to the game. RP in ffxi is nonexistent (which is not a bad thing of course). Playing on a RP server reminds me of my time with Dungeons and Dragons way back in the day.
The only thing that pisses me off about wow is all the kids go play Alliance. They all need to have their fucking capslock key removed and their fingers broken with a dictionary till they can spell.
Most of my guild is raising a few horde characters so we can raid alliance towns.

Err BTW - although i play on PvE i have PvP set to on.

EDIT - ok, done ranting.. i think.. minor rant i guess.
EDIT 2 - Actually apart from wanting to beat stupid kids with a dictionary my post doesn't have much to contribute to the thread. sorry.

If I wasn't sick of MMORPGs, I'd probably switch to WoW since a lot of my friends have. It just seems a lot better for when you have less time to play. Seeking party for 3-5 hours on FFXI =/= fun.
