Who plays WoW?

I play on a PvE server as an alliance pld. That get this is 43 points holy ...
The guild is all RL friends, we've downed midnight in kara but well with no priests its a tough place.

I play it over ffxi because i can always acomplish something whenever I log in. I work 60 - 70 hour weeks, spending an hour just lfg isn't something that appeals to me.

I played on a PvP server and it was fun but it does get tiring getting ganked everytime you go anywhere.

If I played WoW 20 hours a day like some then maybe I'd consider it, as it is I like to actually get something accomplished.

This doesn't happen as often as you make it out to occur. Especially on Azshara.

OK so, I got about 6 PM's which is enough for a premade imo, as well as some other RL friends that may get involved.

What I'm going to do is throw up a messageboard so everyone involved can discuss it further. See if in a day or two we can decide on a server, guild name, etc. If not I'll just pick one.

Then from there we'll start by trying out a 19 WSG a week from start date on like a Friday night / Saturday afternoon and see what we can accomplish. I'll try to make / borrow a Vent server also so we can be dangity dang ass premade.


I'm partial to being on an enchanters server just because the alliance premades in my BG in 19,29, and 39 are twinked. What I'll try to do is find a BG with great Horde or Alliance premades and we'll roll opposite them. My preference is Horde though


So anyone that has or plans on PMing me for this PvP team I'll respond to your PM's with the messageboard link as soon as I throw it up and we'll go from there. I hope to have it up before the weekend. Or even anyone curious about it and maybe thinking about trying it later, feel free to PM me and I'll link you to the board as well.

I cant wait for Age of Conan. It will be for win I hope. I like how swinging your sword around will actually hit all enemies around you if you sweep with it. And you can attack people while mounted and siege cities. If it isnt kick ass ill prob play some Warhammer or just quit MMO's.

I can deal with farming as prot just fine, farming/fishing/herbing with immature ally competition just blew. After TBC everything was awesome for like 2 weeks, everyone just did their thing. Past that I couldn't do anything anywhere.

I love wow, love the pvp. I don't have any complaints about the game at all.

While I'm not this deluded, I play not because I have no complaints about the game, but because I have less complaints about WoW than I do FFXI.

Yeah I guess I am so happy with WoW because even when shit gets bad in WoW, it does not compare to the bullshit of FFXI.

edit: make some friends and you won't have any problem with ganking. When people gank me I show up with an army to kick their ass. I always log my main in the same zone as my alt when I level her just in case some people feel like bein pricks too :D

To be fair though, warriors are pretty easy targets. I remember getting jumped by warriors a few times leveling up and managing to turn the tide to win.

I'm still kind of amazed that you were ganked that much on azshara. Maybe it was the <death minions> tag, you have to admit they were probably as disliked as the frenchies were by the horde.

I woulda had a epic flying mount already cept all that money went to spellfire and spellstrike gear ;/
oh and leveling enchant+tailoring

drop tailoring. get mining or herbalism, and 2-3 weeks later you'll have a mount. its gay and mind numbing but its worth it really.

I can't make up my mind to reroll or quit.

No I usally get g kicked randomly. Hell I was even g kicked while being offline, but yeah I odn't really play alot. Solo leveling Warrior is fucking gay and I guess I just like going outside.
