BST in CoP 6-4

I'm helping one of my friends do CoP 6-4 [Ultima/Omega] and they're going as BST. What's the best pet for the situation?

Funguar could be useful for ultima, Dark spore can deal some good dmg and Ultima is light based, and funguar is a good allaround pet too.

Funguar I believe, good damage at that level and disposable. I think the pet would eat Guided Missiles from Omega so having something that's easily replaced will be nice.

So pretty much Fungaur is the only one worth considering then? Without worrying too much about the cost of the pet.

I know the Fungaur's Sic moves are best, but how is Funguar's raw DoT compared to the others.

Funguar is always the pet of choice unless you need to kite up to 65 (I think thats its cap). Silence Gas usually rapes if it has enough HP (I'm pretty sure Silence Gas is HP based)

DA + Silence Gas + Darkspore + Spore (paralyze move) = win!

Make sure he brings some pet food to help funguar TP moves. AF macroed into reward is a bonus as well. I don't think I got spore to stick on any of the BC fights but it's been a very long time since I've done them.

NQ Diremite actually compared fairly favorably with Funguar the odd time I pulled out a jug from a lack of EMs while exping around lv60, Funguar TP moves are amazing if they land, but the diremite seemed to perform better on regular melee acc/damage and since Sic isn't the shortest timer, it might be better.

Of course this was on solo/duo xp mobs, performance in the BC might be something else entirely.

I'd go Funguar, although I don't have a ton of experience with the others. Good TP moves, and DA.
