Put in a fake email and sign up anyway. They all let you fill in the questionnaires before you are forced to pay.

I don't even think the email has to be real (as in, you could enter mailto:[email protected])

Make a separate hotmail email address specifically for spam like this. Problem solved.

Or spend a few bucks and get your own domain name and you can make a throw away email for each contact.

I make a separate email for each person I talk to and forward it to my main.. if I start getting spam I know where it came from and block it. http://www.google.com/a/ will do all the hard work for you for free
