I think this has been confirmed before, but this is the first time I've seen numbers.

.05 (or 5%) TP modifier boost it seems. It also seems to proc on any WS, but more often on the correct day/element.

Btw, it works like Gorgets if you don't know what I mean by element.

Translation: more worthless situational gear with a negligible boost for weaponskills that you probably don't use anyway.
