Low man Faith?

So I was looking for the low number jailers thread but couldn't locate it. In any event, I'm wondering what everyone's lowest numbers on JoF were, and if he regens at all? I have a couple BLM friends and myself (RDM) who were thinking about trying to low main him like Ix'DRK.

Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

Gaiters and bounce it around, only use grav in bad situations (someone dies). Should die rather quick, no regen that I know of.

2 BLM/NIN and a RDM/BLM should be good.

Or you could sack 10k exp and bio/poison kill it.

You don't need gaiters

I'm sure LW will pop in here eventually with the 4 man JoF from a while back in which I don't think anyone had any +Movement gear.

JoF moves faster than ninja boot speed, so gaiters/crimson are basically only a small buffer to bounce, not an effective way to outrun. The easiest is just intelligent bouncing back and forth around the circle room. No real regen.

Is it possible to pull him to a teleporter and just DoT and zone up? Then zone down, rinse and repeat until dead, because he is a caster I would assume he would often start casting as soon as you do something to him.

NO.

Done with 2 BLM 1 RDM (blm without movement. and a mule outside of party for stona if it was needed).

Stops to cast a lot so the person who has hate just needs to be switched on and be out of range.

I think everyone that fight used equip swaps to cut out the animation locks from spells/abilities as well. Gave us a little extra breathing room.

If you grav, then when it wears leave it ungrav'd for a minute or so, then regrav, it will never really build up a resistance.. That was the key for us to do this rather easily with 3-4 ppl..

did with 3 blms with gaiters a few times and brought a smn on one try, garuda can actually tank it pretty well when its cast happy
