    if you clear both wings of fomor, you can have a fully armored mnk with spare armor for another mnk or DD

    Level 5 phalanx II on a counterstancing hasted monk with protect IV. I think only Hammerblow's TP moves and that AoE drown was hurting him on the first floor.

    Are the mobs in Hammerblows room the same or are they a lil tougher? I believe I seen earlier in this thread that you can just have the MNK's aggro the whole room and just Phalanx 2 tank all the mobs as you pick em off one by one. If the mobs are a little stronger what kind of DMG on avg would they be doing to a MNK with P2?
    The mobs in Hammerblow room are tougher than the rest, I usually eat def food+phalanx on rdmfor 1F pulling and the first mobs hit for 0 while the ones in the NM room will do ~50.

    I imagine it would work, but you would need to run into the room to Assault the ones in the far corners, and probably get gear aggro in the process.

    Has anyone experienced any unsually long linking in the gyro gears room? During our run last night we were fighting just inside the door to gyro gears room. Every gear that wondered to that side of the room linked. I've never had this happen. Nearly every gear/rampart in the room linked. I remember checking for any kinda weather and there was none. We pretty much had to fight inside the empty room before GGs to avoid linking more. There linking distance was so large it was impossible to pull with linking Ramparts.

    Someone agged the non moving rampart. the puller has to die\log out for it to lose aggro, if not every gear that passes near it will link and make a b-line to you

    I'm trying to think of the quickest path to the Turtle. The group I go with which is usually pickup LS members and is sadly pretty slow, there's no getting around that. However now I need the 15 from the turtle to finish off Macha's crown, so time to try to organize this. Usually when we SSR we just do Hammerblow>Powderkeg>East GG without a whole lot of time left over. Let me know if this sounds like the best path to take, or am I missing something?

    Looking at the floors:
    1st Floor: It probably wouldn't take much more time to do Hammerblow than to go East? I figure W to Hammerblow unless I'm wrong on that assumption.

    2nd Floor: Farm whatever cells we still need, port up SW when ready?

    3rd Floor: Need to go E here for CC on the next floor, so THF PD/Flee/agros the entire room, pt kills non-moving rampart, door unlocks we go up. Do you need to kill summons from the rampart in order for the door to be unlocked, or is it like Zhayolm?

    4th Floor: Kill the gear train, we should have more than enough time for this. Thf Flee/agro's the rampart room and heads to original tele up while pt each tags a rampart and drags them South. They can be slept and disposed of one by one. Once they are dead the Archaic Rampart spawns which if left alone will spawn CC who can be pulled S and defeated. Thf should be able to sneak through the room and tag CC with THer.

    5th Floor: Boss if time permits, I'm hoping it will.

    Imo you can either farm SW or SE, SE at least if time is good lets you try Powderkeg. If your wanting to skip a lot though, just do SW. you may be equialy as efficent to Skip SW altogether, and just farm some cells on the 3Gears room. We havent done this but really depends on your group.

    You don't need to kill the reinforcments, just the rampart. We typically clear the 4 Gear/ 4 Gears / NM then just go in and aggro them one by one till we get the one that doesn't move, sleep the aggroed moving ones, then sleep any reinforcments, kill the stationary as soon as its dead port up. I know your not killing the rest, but 100% sure you dont need to kill reinforcments to port.

    THF can either sneak through, or if they had gotten 1 RR item out of the box, they can have used it, so they had RR on for the first sack, and had gotten a second RR item out of another box to use on the return trip to speed up coming back if your want. Even doing this, if they have flee up after and have already opened the door on the first trip they could flee and port without dying the second time, to port to the boos floor.

    Remember if you want to do boss and turtle both, the chariot on 4f must die as well. It's your option to make this a seperate sac/flee or grab it at the same time as the 4 ramparts.

    Here are my notes about silver
    ====First Floor====
    East path - Hammerblow (Usu head 35)
    West path - Shorter time?

    ====Second Floor====
    North - Locks into north for 3rd floor
    NW path - Deadpan Devilet to unlock ; Dekka (Skadi feet 15, Marduk feet 35) ; Socket
    NE path - unlocked ; Armoury Crates

    South - Locks into south for 3rd floor
    SW path - unlocked ; Armoury Crates
    SE path - 4x Devilets to unlock ; Powderkeg Yanadahn (Usu leg 15, Morg leg 35)

    ====Third Floor====
    North entrance - Devilet to unlock ; Gyroscopic Gear (Marduk hand 15, Skadi hand 35) ; Slot[Don Poroggo - Zhayolm Card] (Ares body 15, Morg body 15)
    South entrance - unlocked ; nothing of interest

    West path - unlocked - Locks into west for 4th floor
    East path - One of 4 Rampart (does not move) to unlock - Gyroscopic Gears (Ares head 15, Ares legs 35) - Locks into east for 4th floor

    ====Fourth Floor====
    West side - unlocked ; nothing of interest
    East side - Archaic Chariot to unlock ; Citadel Chelonian (morg head 15, Usu body 35)

    ====Fifth Floor====
    Boss - Long Armed Chariot
    As long as you have someone in the group that needs Usu head, might as well do hammerblow, once you get the hang of it, might only save 5 min.

    Dekka + Gear OR powderkeg is a path choice, and about the same amount of time. Opting for the 'no NM' routes take much less time as you can port up at any moment

    Gears is always an option to fight on the 3rd floor

    CC is a path choice on 4th, but due to setup might not allow you to do the boss.

    yeah it is, we typically have the THF hold with frantics > Perfect dodge, then SCH Grav-ga them and rdm/blm or blm sleepga them after. Then we layer some Sleep II over them to stager when they wake.
