Salvage - Arrapago Remnants - thread 2

In terms of our drop history for Arrapago:

12 runs:

21 QQA kills : 2 drops
24 QQTH kills: 0 dropsHate this guy :/ as does everyone else
3 Deviate Bhoot kills: 0 drops
10 Archaic Chariot: 2 marduk hands, 1 skadi feet
We had 1 QQA warp....Didn't have time for chariot or 4th floor QQA twice ( no THF runs spent too much time on first floor)
So overall in chances.....counting chariot as 3 chances
5 out of 78 or about 6.4%

Haven't done Soulflayer NM yet, but have 2 Morrigans Crown 25s now...so might as well next run <.<

I think Arrapago is the biggest waste to do without a THF....whereas Bhaflau is the total opposite I dont think a THF is necessary in the least in terms of cells..granted if going for 35s there bring a THF

But in our experience with varying levels of TH....Arrapago = if THF present 1 of the first 2 weapons goes to him Makes a big difference on first floor imho...real time saver, and of course doesn't hurt later on

can u post the path u all choose in this area ?
Do u kill the Rampart on each floor ?

What Rampart on each floor?..are you thinking of the right zone?
As far as path to take this thread has good information there... but really briefly we do:
First Floor: Go west Qutrubs/Lamia, kill all in path get weapons a few head/neck, once have enough from Quts, head to Dragaur area get some HP and more Lamias...go up
Second Floor: kill 2 Lamia if needed, get TP for QQA so it don't warp
Third Floor: Kill everything in path to east (North QQTH)...up to where the big room is, send in rdm to pull the QQTH....let it comne back to the group...if someone has a way of killing him without killing stuff on the third floor that would be super
Fourth Floor: IF you wanted Bhoot shoulda killed north 3rd floor QQTH, if you wanted Flyaer shoulda killed South QQTH....
Basically a "Free QQTH" on this floor...+ Bhoot or Flayer if needed...also can kill some gears for a shot at Subjob...but we usualy don't since only need 2 one for each tank for the Chariot in our strat...and we usually get 2-4 on the next floor (Also someone usually steals a SJ earlier !)
Fifth Floor: Kill gears to clear path to QQA, send someone to open door to pop QQA...after QQA dies, sneak past remaning gears and Rampart and pull Archaic Chariot...after chariot dies port up
Sixth Floor: kill everything
Seventh Floor : Boss

Yesterday, Xxgland just finished the coat with this piece now he has to get ingots, Olorin is just missing 15 piece for the crown, and we also finished Ares body on Sunday, now Sath and Gland need to fight it out for Imp. Wootz ingots.
Overall, 1/10 on QQTH I think
We also killed the chariot but no drop at all lol

The only 35 ares body piece we got was when the 2nd floor QQA warped and we only killed the 1 on 5th floor, so when the 1 yesterday wapred also I was hoping... but nothing

From everyones reports, QQTH drop rate seems decidedly lower than QQA. I can't possibly see why somebody thought that was necissary...

They probably figured that you can get boned from QQAs if they warp (unless QQTH on the 6th floor are "backup" for the QQAs) so they raise the drop rate on them or lowered the drop rates on THFs.

Or, more logically, you're supposed to have 4 chances at QQTH (and therefore 4 chances at Macha's Coat) per run, and only 2 chances at QQA. We just haven't found out how to pop the last 2 QQTH yet. It's much more simple and less retarded then assuming that 6th floor QQTHs can drop Deimos's Cuirass, considering the entire theme of the entire rest of the zone says that one type of mob has the same loot pool throughout the whole zone.

I'm not sure if you're saying that you think that the drop rate is proportionate to the number of opportunities you have to kill a particular NM in the zone, but that's what I've been coming to believe. Adding up some of the stuff people have posted above, as well as what people have reported anecdotally, I'd be willing to wager that when it's all said and done, Ares Head, Morrigan Head, Marduk, Usukane, and Skadi each have a 10% drop rate, Ares body a 5% drop rate, and Morrigan body a 2.5% drop rate. Some of those you can already see just by looking at the data from Sidanoir, Lhexh, Francisco II above and Aurik's LJ, the chariot is a 29.3% drop rate (overall for all pieces), QQA 4.7%, Bhoot 10.5%. Flayer and QQTH are both lower than what I would have predicted but those 4 groups combined only have 1 drop from each which doesn't make for a very good representation of drop rate (actually none of them probably do aside from chariot).

I am finding conflicting information about the 1st and 2nd floor Lamia for this zone.

Can anyone confirm accuracy of this map? According to the map of the first floor that I have the Merrow BRD drops magic and ranged cells, but this map says otherwise. I am trying to decide which is the best room to zone into in relation to the cell drops we get on the first floor.

I made these maps because the ones on the wiki are horrible. Just change the URL at the end to 4F/5F/6F/7F for those floors. Other than some information or wording on some NM descriptions/explanations, it should be 100% accurate.

FINALLY!

After roughly 50 QQTH kills... Me and Soraan successfully Duo both QQTH and both QQA. Floor 4 QQTH finally was nice to me! Tomorrow we get the lvl 15 piece and to my knowledge will be the first NA on cerberus with morrigans robe!!! SO HAPPYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

=/ I hate you all, the only drop we have gotten out of this zone is 1/1 on psychflayer pretty much just kited and nuked it to death.

What do you guys do for bhoot? Every time we try it it literally rapes us a new one its quite sad.
