Network Bandwith Limiting?

Anyone know of a program that'll let me dictate how much bandwith other systems on the network get/have access to? Or does it have to be manually configured from the router?


Dad logged onto his MMO and I think my Sister is using a bittorrent and FFXI is lagging like a paraplegic in a foot race. Think the desktop is sucking all the bandwith dry since I didn't have issues 'til my dad got home from work.

Something like that would have to be done from your router, assuming the router has such a capability.
