Fairweather Fetish, looking for opinions

as the title says, im looking for opinions as to whether or not craft this item as a skill up / possible profit, seeing as how everything else is basicly non profit / have to vendor cause it doesnt sell well.

skill cap for this item is 36, no sub skill, and looks to be pretty cheap to make.
my skill is currently 32.something with a couple of other crafts useable for other items if needed.

ive asked a couple of 100+3 WWs and they didnt really have any idea lol, so figured id ask here for more of a cross-servers sort of opinion on the craft range. thanks ^^

Oak lumber (caps at 35) seems way more interesting to me, as a skillup item. You'll end up having 4-5 stacks at most, that will sell in a couple of days. But that's just me.

Oak lumber was actually my second choice, but since it was adding up that if i bought from some vendors, it would be a few thousand gil loss per stack (when adding it all up for each stack) but i guess losing a few thousand gil is better than making a bunch of non selling items that i'll never use personally. thanks for the advice ^^

Depending on your server's economy, oak logs might actually be cheaper to buy from the AH. The difference won't be substantial - it's only a few hundred gil difference on Lakshmi - but it adds up, and it's gil that doesn't go down a black hole. If the sellers undercut, good for you; if someone tries to jack up the price, then purchase from the vendor until prices go back down.

logs actually range decently on AH, bout 5k per, only problem is that they are hardly up for long :/ guess ima turn into an AH camper lol. thanks for the continued advice ^^
