Ok got all my pictures, kinda shitty quality because I had to use flash cuz' its dark out. I need to find drivers for my camera before I upload them. If that doesn't work ill take a picture of the pictures on my camera with my webcam D:! I have a really really old digital camera, its a Sipix 2300 (like a 50$ camera.) and I got it when I was like 14. Lemme see what I can find and I will upload here.

I don't know if it's any different in other states, but I learned from CA driving that whenever you're tailgating someone it's always your fault when insurance gets involved. It sucks sometimes but I'm not the type to ride on the ass of someone who isn't going as fast as I want them to go.

I don't have to go to court for this but I think I may, the 2 points on my licenses is kinda annoying. I think they gave me the ticket and said it was my fault because I had crossed the line and stopped, which is true, I guess. But I was stopped for a VERY long while.

I had this ticket looming over me for fucking ever. Basically here's how it went:

Was standing in line for the PS3, friend came to relieve me so I could get something real to eat, go take a shit and a shower. I go home, do all that, then I start driving back. It's 11:40 on a fucking thursday, no one out on the road. I come to a intersection, trying to make a left, light turns green and I floor it turning (being an idiot at the time, thinking my car wouldn't lose control cause it had a low center of gravity). I lost control, was drifting over the lanes and shit, it was scary as fuck, lo and behold a police officer was about 200 yards back and he pulled me over. I explained to him what happened and he cited me for Racing/exhibition of speed. RACING. So like half a year passes going through court and shit, I go to my final hearing (was 3 weeks ago actually) I had a lawyer and he got me out of it even though the fucking judge almost convicted me for it. To give you a clue about how serious the crime I was being charged with was,

racing/exhibition of speed: Class 1 misdemeanor, 8 points on your license, suspended license, 455 dollar fine, up to 1 year in jail.

failure to stop at a red light, hitting a pedestrian and causing death: Class 2 misdemeanor, 6 points on your license, 270 dollar fine, up to 6 months in jail.

You will find that law is not absolute, if the judge is in a bad mood, more than likely he will convict you. If the judge doesn't like you, he will most likely convict you. Good luck man but you are probably fucked from what I have read.

My friend was going 105 in a 75 on I-75 in Orlando. The ONLY reason he didn't go to jail was because he was nice to the officer.

I was riding with my friend going 97 in a 65. I was surprised when the ticket was only $97. But then once a kid in my class was speeding, when the cop came over the hill going the opposite way and turned on his lights the kid just floored it. Being the road was only a 2 lane the cop couldn't turn around fast enough and the kid made it to the school parking lot that was like 3 miles away. Was funny watching the cop circle around the lot trying to find the car. He got fucking lucky.

actually, after having drifted for 200 feet and losing control of my car. I was really fucking scared and extremely shaken up, I said maybe 40 words to the cop.

Don't get me wrong I know there are some real jackass cops out there. I was pulled over by one on my way home from college one summer. He was trying to make a name for himself in the department by getting drug busts. He saw all my stuff in the back of my truck and 'very politely' asked if I would mind while he rifled through it all. Seeing as he pulled me over for doing 3 miles over the speed limit I respectfully declined. I just hate when people get tickets and the cop is a dickhead or an asshole for doing his job.
