Yeah I read the one page that was "leaked." I call bullshit. It just seems too fake to me. And if it's actually true, then it really doesn't seem like its that big of a deal to me.Originally Posted by Malaquist

Yeah, it was Alfonso Cuaron, which is the main reason I'd be interested in seeing it. Haven't read any of the books or seen 1 or 2 though, just curious to see what he did with it since I -loved- Children of Men.Originally Posted by Meteora
I'm sure as with hit TV shows and movie sequel plots they have several versions of the ending being published just to throw people off and to play it safe. It's likely also this could be a leaked fake ending.Originally Posted by Ardrial
But the writing doesn't seem to be on par with Rowling imo.
Hilarious though.
Yeah, same here, might as well dl it ;x Oh, and I meant spoiling the book, there you go, shows my ignorance when it comes to HP >_>Originally Posted by archibaldcrane
To the OP: Yeah, YOU would like Harry Potter.
Quick, gather the true Tolkien fans and unite against this pithy usurper!

Just agreeing with LBelle. People who post/yell spoilers about something this anticipated fucking annoy the shit out of me.
And to the naysayers: Yes, the books originally had a younger audience in mind...yes, the books are easier to read than War and Peace...but it doesn't mean that they aren't incredibly well-written, well thought-out, and VERY hard to put down.
Harry is sitting in the cafeteria at Hogwarts waiting to be joined by his friends. One by one, Hermoine, Ron, and Cho all show up. Snape goes men's room.
THE END

Yeah, I'm going to agree with LBelle here. You either like the series or you don't, but I myself can't wait for the 7th book. I really don't want it to be spoiled for me.
I looooooooooooooooove the Harry Potter books (and also I love the Lord of the Rings!!) but am not such a big fan of the Harry Potter movies. I thought the 3rd movie was terrible, but that's just because the 3rd book is my absolute favorite and they left alot of my favorite parts out if I remember right. I did like the 4th movie though.
But yes please no spoilers![]()
There are 7 harry potter books? I'd rather watch a 2-3 hour movie than read 600-1000 pages kthx.

I thought the 3rd movie was the best so far, actually. For some reason, 1 and 2 just weren't that great to me.
And I think at this point it's more like 3000 pages.
This is pretty much a good summary of what happens for people who don't care to read the book so be warned and don't click
this if you don't want spoilers.

That being said I thought the way they tied some of the elements from the first books together was pretty creative, most writers
loose their touch when they start reaching X numbers in a series and things start to become really fabricated and manufactured
but the Harry Potter series continues to improve and I think the 7th will be the best one so far.
lol
I hate you.Originally Posted by senoska

On the other hand, I'm not sure that's believable, either.
