Problem with video card on laptop with WoW

I don't know whats going on with it but lately its been crashing for no reason then windows vista comes up and says "Your IGFX video card driver has crashed and has been recovered successfully" and its only when I'm playing A. World of Warcraft and I'm in a town or B. When I'm playing N64 and graphics like Mario Party 3's game guy introduction sequence with the spotlights come up. I don't know how I could fix this and on WoW I have low settings and on N64 I have low settings as well. Anyone know how to fix this?

What GPU/drivers do you use?

It's a laptop so I don't think I can switch them out but:
Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family

Driver version:
7.14.10.1147 dated 12/12/2006

Maybe I need to go look for a new driver from intel but I don't know where I would find it since it came in the laptop and finding drivers on intel for latops is shit!

Using an onboard video chipset is going to blow in any game you play, especially in a laptop. Unfortunately, you're sort of boned because upgrading GPUs in a laptop is extremely hard/not possible.

I'm using a gateway and the thing is In the BIOS I can't up the shared memory which is fucking annoying! And its a gateway mx8711 laptop. I checked their drivers and its the same version I have currently installed.
