Japanese language help

Hi, I've been doing salvage with a few JP friends of mine. Generally speaking, I can understand basic Japanese, and we work together rather well. However, it seems like a member wanted to quit. The guy sent me a tell earlier, and then the leader left me a message. Unfortunately the message was too complicated for me to understand, so I hope somebody who knows Japanese well here can help me translated.

Also, since it's such a simple question, I think we can just make this a Japanese help thread and ppl can post questions about it here.

It says "that guy's a douche, I hate him". Nah, I have no idea, but I have seen JP translations backfire on the people who posted them. Not saying that I think it's the case here, just saying that people should be careful...
