How do you sched. events?

How do you guys schedule events for endgame LS these days? The way I see it is:

Events:
Sky
Sea
Dynamis
Limbus
HNM
Salvage
Einharjar
Pop-Item

Personal:
XP/Merits
Nyzul/Assault
Stuff (Missions/Quests/NM camping/etc)

HNM are ever present, usually in your time zone for a bit, then out. Do you cancel Limbus for Day 4 Aspid? Do you drop Sea for a month and do only Sky? Do you do Pop-Items when 4 people want an item, or 8 or more? For short events like Einharjar or Limbus do you double them up (i.e: Fafnir from 6-9 depending on pop ---> Limbus)? If you have "free days" does Day 4 KB take precedence over free time? Dynamis-Beau vs Day 5 Fafnir? Or weird hour HNM pops (10:30AM or 2AM or something) where there are only like 6 LS members on? 1 free day or 2?

Mainly I ask because these days there is just so much to do, and not enough hours to do it all in, let alone including all your personal stuff, and it seems like a better idea to focus your LS' goals than diversify, or people will get burned out. What do you cut out / what takes precedence., and how do you decide?

What do you cut out / what takes precedence., and how do you decide?

Hmmm since mine is more of a casual LS rather than full on end game, we have little scheduled events, only Dynamis on monday, Limbus on tuesday, Saturday we save for sky/sea/kirin. Pop items are done midweek when someone plans them, salvage is done in small groups within the LS over the week, but aren't considered LS events, Penisjar is ignored since it's kinda meh <_<

Personal things can be done at anytime, even during an event, due to a 0 forced attendance policy we have.

Dragon's Aery trumps everything.

Salvage is considered Personal in line with Assault/Nyzul, 2 Personal Days each week.

Limbus & Einherjar is stacked.

Kings usually trump everything. Limbus, Salvage is set time. Most people in shell do dynamis with other shells at a set time. If no kings, we alternate between sky and sea each week. We aim for misc. event Friday. Could be a NM pop, KS99, or missions for new / mules.

Wed - Free day/CoP catch up for some LS members/Limbus

Scheduled events vary on whatever the sackholders feel like doing and kings trump everything except for Dynamis, although even that sometimes we all go late to our shells.

Einharjar: Fridays (sometimes we squeeze it in tuesday before limbus)
Pop-Item: Fridays

Nyzul/Assault: (For my static): tuesday before limbus / friday before (einherjar/pop item)
Stuff (Missions/Quests/NM camping/etc): Weekend afternoons

friday: free day
sat: Limbus

We don't organise Salvage (too many people which makes it less efficient), and we only camp kings if they're in our timezone, and if it's worthwhile (so no Ada day 3 when we have Dynamis).
All our scheduled events start at 19:00, so most people have more than enough time to exp/assault/level NPC etc

We don't do kings and still have an event every day

but that's because we like to spam salvage!

Monday: Free day, Limbus in the evening.

Thursday: Sky or Sea trigger farming. After that, Limbus.
Friday: Random events, including but not limited to Ra/Ex items, popped NMs, KS99, etc etc.
Saturday: Dynamis.

Camp when HNM are in our time, rejoice when they aren't (what can I say, I hate doing it). Holding off on Einherjar because most of us hate it. Assault/Salvage is considered personal, most of us have our own seperate groups for that.

We tend to do Sky or Sea in chunks of time, taking turns of maybe 2 months each. If somebody doesn't have sea access we send them up to sky to camp despot or whatever.

Kings > all except dynamis, only because we have outside people attend dynamis with us. Wouldn't be fair to them that we cancel dynamis because we want to chill in Aery. Trying to find time to do Salvage but we're pretty packed as it is, and doing it on our free days isn't a popular idea.

A group of us fits 3-4 more Salvage runs a week when events are not going on. Kings > * except dynamis since we do Dynamis in an outside shell. Faf > D6- A/B.

We keep tabs (mules) at all camps as we can, we focus on Khim, Cerb, Tia, and will randomly kill Hydra when its up.

Camping is a pain, sorry, it is. I'm tired of having BLM onry at 75, working on leveling too many other jobs to want to have to waste 3 hours staring at darters (or snow, or sand)

That's all done in the afternoon/evenings also, a good 90% of us have fulltime jobs + RL's.

Thursday: Einherjar at 8, Salvage at 10
Friday: Free day, people will tend to grab some people for sea or something if they're bored.
Saturday: (Kirin, Tier 2 Jailers, JOL, Bahamut, Ouryu: Pick one depending on pop item availability) @ 3PM, Dynamis at 8
Sunday: Limbus at 9

Salvage may or may not be done at impromptu times and dates also. None of our camps or LS events are mandatory attendance, and seeing as how a majority of our claims do come at "inconvenient" times we tend not to camp during prime time since LS scheduled events (tend to) take priority. We might push something aside if, for example, we snag 1 tiamat like every other week or a khimaira once a month or so >_> If anyone ever complains that "they have a job" or something and that's why they show to basically nothing, I'd immediately laugh because it's not fucking hard to make 2 events a week and pretend you have half an interest in pulling your weight.

Sky: wednesday mainly, but we farm sky on our own time. mon afternoons has been pretty popular lately.
Sea: thu evenings/sun afternoon
Dynamis: mon/fri evenings. have to use KI as a medium to make the schedule non-conflicting usually
Limbus: tue/sat evenings
HNM: ground camps > anything generally, specifically HQ days
Einharjar: tue/sat after limbus usually
Pop-Item: Saturday event, we alternate doing ouryu/bahamaut and pop nm on weekends.

Personal:
XP/Merits: we got whenever we have the time. usually never..
Nyzul/Assault/Salvage: linkshell has statics within it that schedule these on our forums in a non-event section
