In those 30 seconds i have yet to get a single proc. So it's not some crazy high proc rate.

i wish they'd stop screwing around and make pup work. it's like they wanted to make it a mage class with a pet, then at the last minute chckened out and cut all spells for h2h skill. it looks like it would be fun if only they gave it a chance to work. plus who doesn't love having a cuddly little pet following them around? ooh...a puppet and some apkallu following a taru around... CUTENESS OVERLOAD!

We're talking about the most useless PUP-equippable item ever (for PUP). Although, I think that Bagel's Hope Staff already beats out anything anyone can possibly come up with. It's deliciously useless on two levels. 1) No staff skill, 2) Virtue Stones means no Animator.
