I tried it out, got #17 today on the Switchboard level. About 5.3mil, I can't see how to do much better than that though.

The trick to getting the high scores in Vector TD is all about the first 10-15 ish levels. If you know exactly what you are doing and exactly when to upgrade you can actually kill the first "hard grey" wave using only a single level 5 green tower, which I think saves the most money compared to the others. You have to know how to micromanage that one tower though. On the first wave you can kill them all with just one tower if it's placed correctly AND if you know when to make the tower swap from "close" to "hard" mode. I'll post a new pic in an hour or so with my refined strat. I think I was about to break 7 mil when I had to go somewhere with only 3 levels left...grrr...
