I cant seem to get those missions.

ZM17, I went to Norg talked to Gil. and talked to Aldo.

I remember getting both CS from them.

I got my ring and went to the Meadows and got a CS from Prishe.

I cant seem to move on to get the other mission.

I'm not positive, but I don't think your log changes until you've completed Apocalypse Nigh.
