Didn't feel the need to post in this thread. I'm not really opinionated enough on this subject to be an asshole about it as I would normally do, especially when so many people are already getting my point across. And it doesn't really seem like 1 more person telling this guy hes a moron for not getting the money up front is going to have any effect on his opinions. Just a great reason why you have the person always pay you upfront for HQ and if they don't, well thats too bad. If nobody can pay for the HQ I simply buy NQ and keep HQ. Simple as that. You set yourself up for not getting the money right away.
