Askar Korazin Vs. Hauberk(+1)

Just got this today from Nyzul and really not sure which is best to use or whether there's really much difference. Sacrificing some accuracy for DA+2% and Store TP+5....maybe stack Rajas with it will make a difference?

Just getting some input, let me know what you guys think.

Hauverk +1 for just about everything imo, at least on WAR.

Hauberk+1, no question. This thing is overall a pretty mediocre piece of gear, as is myost nyzul armor. It sure does look hella cool though.

I would also say the hauberk would win out. Uf you have 8 axe merits and are using dual axes, and your accuracy is capped with the hauberk then the askar might be more viable. Still the 12 acc from hauberk or hauby will still probably win.

Yeah, 8/8 axe merits, fire bomblet, p.charm so accuracy not a big issue...guess I'll just see how my accuracy is next parse.

Oh wow, you already have the head piece. I ask of you to get the complete set so we can see if full set bonus of nyzul sets will be as weak as Assault sets or if SE learned no one will care if they are too weak.

Yeah, Head piece was the first thing I ever got from there, both askars came from Khiamara...maybe he drops askar only? I'm the only one in our nyzul group that can use use askar so I have a decent shot at completing the set...and this set is gonna need a huge HP boost to make it worth completing as a tanking set.

Maybe with Great Axe you could build around the Korazin but other than that I think it's a SAM only or sushi only piece.

If eating Sushi for some reason, use Askar. If eating meat stick with Haub, imo. We have one WAR who likes the Askar over Haub for some things.

I have Askar Korazin from some time and for me it's just city gear. Eventually might try duo imps in Mire, gives me 27 more eva than E Body. Askar Body looks cool, have cool stats but... still D Body, E Body, Hauberk(geon) will outparse it and 'use sushi' arguments while I can have some 'sushi' on gear (f.e. Hauberk) and use meat food are pointless. Meat + Hauberk (even Sushi + Hauberk) will benefit much more .

If my Wal-Mart, barely merited, WAR can parse 90% Acc with meat then sushi is retarded..

I do think, if you have to use Sushi for some reason though, +2% Double Attack might be better then +12/15 Acc. With Sushi you really should be getting 90%+ Acc and in that case, losing 12/15 Acc MIGHT be ok with the added +2% Double attack. It really depends but imo when you start getting over 90% Acc you are seeing diminishing results and should try to add soem other stuff.

Really though, I wouldn't give up my Meat build for +2% Double attack. Like most Nyzul Gear, it is ALMOST really sexy, if that Evasion(or maybe even the Atk) was Acc, just wow.

The Askar body is clearly a Dragoon piece, since they can't wear accuracy gear.

But seriously, it's not a bad piece, in weak camps like the mire, it would probably serve you better than a Hauberk.

i glanced quickly at the pic and it looks like you have Mickey mouse ears lol.

i use askar body on DRG/SAM, it actually eliminates an attack round with the store TP trait and +11 store tp from rajas/brutal/askar. sweet for a solid 6 hit set up on DRG/SAM. i tried it on WAR and didnt like it, my WAR is unmerited and shit but i really felt like i was sufferring without the +acc from haub.
