Macros offline

Like a year ago I had a programm where I was able to write macros offline.
I need it to help a friend for his BLM macros, easier then writing them down from the screen.
Does anyone know which programms have the option to write the macros offline?

If you are using windower you can just type them out the the scripts folder. Just make a new txt file for each macro.

Was a programm you were able to filter out the ingame musictracks too.

you found what you were looking for, but this one is pretty nice too. you can easily save macro sets to files for back up, and I used it for swapping in different job sets as well.
