Meaning of POL errors

What do the different number codes in the POL errors mean? Someone mentioned a while back that's one way to immediately know if you got temp banned, permabanned, or simply had connection problems. So what are the codes for temp/permabanned, anyone know? (/stare Taj) Since the POL customer center are apparently sloooooooooow to get back to you, I figured I'd ask here.

There are two that mean banned or suspended, those being LM-17 and LM-11. I forget which is which, but the text with the suspended message is something along the lines of "Your account has been suspended. Please call the support center for more information" while the banned message is "Your playonline account has been closed. Please call the support center if you have any questions"

Connection errors usually have four numbers associated with them, and the text that accompanies them usually says something about checking network connections, cables, ect.
