For Double Axes (with Rajas and Brutal, although w/o it doesn't make any difference as far as I noticed):

< 16% TP return - at least one miss
16% - full Rampage w/o DA
17% - full Rampage w/ one DA
18% - full Rampage w/ double DA

Below 16% is a bit complicated - if you get 11% TP return dmg isn't as much gimped as you will get 12%-14% TP return. I would say that 11% TP return is more dmg than 15%, but less than 16%.

For Axe/Sword (with Rajas and Brutal):

Just take 1% tp from any of above.

Kinda like getting a normal damage Raging Rush, and seeing 3% Tp.

Kinda. As I wrote, Dual Wield Rampage is weird when it comes to TP return, cause there is not obvious constant relation - 'more tp return > more dmg'

I remember seeing a few threads on this before, but since my Warrior is almost 75 now, I thought I'd ask again~ For merit PT, what will be best to use on legs during WS?

I have a standard endgame setup /w 6axe & 6sword for merits.

Axe/Ridill(sushi) setup... War AF2/Hecatomb/Byakko's for WS?

20 attack will make a bigger difference than 5 str while using sushi, because you can easily get away with wearing +50 str(Or more, depending on what camp you are at.) in other slots while you ws. Piling on even more str on top of that really isn't going to make a huge difference in average damage, only when you get a full critical weaponskill.

For meat, War Af2 probably adds the most potential damage of the three options assuming that you're already pushing very high attack. But you have to be picky about how much accuracy gear you macro out while using meat, and there are other slots that provide better str bonuses. I'd go with Hecatomb here too, just because 20 attack is a bigger bonus than the extra 4 accuracy that haidate gives, but haidate is probably just as good if you don't want to compensate for it in another slot.
