And for people who enjoyed the previous screenshots, I just got this shield in about 5 minutes of shopping on nightmare act 2.. crazy lucky, I know.. and to top that off.. it did get 2 sockets, so here's my new shield, albeit ugly..

Can you still equip crossbow on druid? I remember finding a unique one with broken stats that were carried over when I was shape shifting to wolf. I was attacking so face for absurd amount of damage I was killing anything almost instantly. Cant remember what crossbow/bow it was, had something like +300% attack speed and really high dmg (x3 in wolf form or something..unless I had bear)

I made a hc char a few days back, got sorc to lv43 then I tried to mf pindleskin and when he died he exploded and the recoil one shotted me. God I stared at my dead body for a good five minutes, just totally shocked.

Not played this game in aaages, gonna make a Meteorb Sorc to start with and MF a bit before making myself a paladin, probably a Smiter/Zealot to do ubers with later.

I never managed to get much wealth when I played last time though, and quit when I lost a load trying to drop mule

I played diablo II nonstop before I found FFXI....barely remember anything about it
I played on closed for a while, but once it got boring I went to open. All I remember was my character on open was super shiny and spider webs were set every time I took a step.

I have a couple extra char slots I can use if need be, heh. Lost a mule due to inactivity this past hiatus. Never did hardcore either, so I guess I might as well try it out atleast once :D

And I've got a few decent items that I can spot some BGer to help get started.. though not sure what class people would want to play.. I've got a Steelclash, Skystrike, low-level rune words, some Attack Rating/Leech jewelry, and a bunch of rares I'm not using.
