It checks a few things about your saved game as well. For example, using the "Full Pokedex" AR code will get you banned. (Yes, they actually ban you. Sadly, all you have to do is delete your save and remake to get unbanned, but still)

Yeah, Ubers need some kind of prevention, but the game does support WiiConnect24, so maybe theyll add some new rules later. (The fact that theres a greyed out rules selection thing when you search for battles is a good sign that this will happen)

Some people are sooo stupid with their ubers though. I use an Umbreon wall, and some guy's Mewtwo kept using Dark Pulse on me...

The guy with 2 Deoxy's vs my togekiss/garchomp was more concerned raising special def, instead of worrying about Crunch.

Also, here's a decent tip: When you exchange friend passes from random battles, normally it doesnt cause you to actually add the person to friends. However, if you add your FC to the pass' comment, hopefully they will see it and add you

Same here, I have no idea what's up when you add the Friend Codes.

So do you have any idea what the sense of exchanging FCs?

I just had a pretty good day with people using non-legendaries with the only person beating me being Kuno in a DS battle.

I think this game was $40 well spent...
The single player mode is blah, but the random online matchups are nice. I could do them for hours, and have had some crazy matches which I've really enjoyed. I just wish I could turn off Ubers, and I know one of these days I'm going to encounter an Encore Wobuffet

Thats the thing whats the point in legendarys, if you cant give certain ones to people that need one badly.
