Warcry does cancel monk boost. it overwrites it and does not stack. its a much lower atk up than boost so usually monks should just use boost and not both together. also he made a comment about double attacking on asurans fist. from my knowledge and being a main monk for 4 years of this game.. there is no way to double attack on asurans .. ever. the game caps the amt of hit per round at 8. that y you cant stack kraken club and ridill attacks for more than 8 hits per round. (plus i would love to see somone even with relic do 1800 asurans on a regular basis....)

Theres really no way to prove if you miss a hit and double attack, personally I think you can believe w/e you want, get some good gear and merits and you wont need a double attack to cover your misses

thanks for the correction, that is what i ment. Usally somone uses warcry a little longer before a monk will boost to ws as it lasts longer and does not go after only one hit. so many times monks boost gets wasted as the effect does not work while warcry is active.

Sure there is. Get a Ridill, get a Kraken, go out and put full hecatomb on.

When you see Kraken go: Hit, Hit, Hit, Miss, Hit, Hit, Miss, Hit
and then Ridill doesn't swing, you just proved that there is a cap of 8 swings per attack round.

Since AF is a guaranteed 8-swings, if you miss double attack won't kick in, because then you'd be swinging more than 8 times.

uh wtf its easy to test based on tp gain. you just need the first hit to miss. ive had asuran's with less than 10 tp return do full damage.

If your already at 999 attack cap there wouldn't be one.

I think 999 is only the maximum that you can have displayed in your equip window, but for the purposes of damage formula calculation your attack can be higher. I've seen neither proof nor refutation of this, just sort of assumed it to be the case.

It says it's based on a certain percentage around 5% or so... wth ever happened to 14 + ((War level - 35)/5)

No, it's definitely shooped. That's one of my favorite games, Alucard is telling his father Dracula(Alucard is Dracula spelled backwards for any who didn't know) that he was doomed ever since he lost the ability to love.

Dracula - according to the game's story hated humans because they killed his wife, etc etc.
(Alucard is 1/2 human 1/2 vampire.)

Or at least that's how I remember it, been a LONG time since I played it.
