Forum Navigation Bar

I realize that the template has been slightly modified, but I'm not sure if the bottom navigation bar was intentionally removed. If it was, can you please put it back? It's just kind of annoying to have to scroll back up to the top to click back to the forum I was in when I've read to the bottom of the page.

Try changing the skin you are using?

The problem is that they've modified the prosilver template without providing an original copy to use. =/ This is the skin that I like the most but it's missing something that should be there.
