I'd rather not have the Transporter character playing this guy.... 47 is too cool for Statham. He's more of a jokester than a serious professional killer.

Not that I can recommend anyone better though.... Probably an unknown would have been best.

Edit: Although Lock,Stock and Snatch are pretty much my favourite movies

I've never seen Deadwood, so Oliphant pretty much is an unknown to me. I saw the Hitman trailer, but I never got a really goodlook at his face that I recall. I hope this movie turns out to be good, because the Hitman games are fucking fantastic in terms of graphics and sound presentation, music, and to top it all off, they're fun as all hell. I love this franchise.
