The ISP I work at has a collection of about 400GB of music that I happily use. Other than that, mostly torrents for the popular ones and emule for the ultra rare stuff.

I buy the CD's and support the artists! Even though they don't need anymore money!
I personally just like having the actual CD more then a torrent and or burned copy.

Soulseek is great for finding obscure/indie music, but I use torrents now for the safety/convenience.

I get mine from nipponisi (they do pretty well with keeping up on latest new anime music releases), ffxi shrine (they collect alot game music and some anime)
