Can anyone copypasta for the saps at work?
Can anyone copypasta for the saps at work?
Too bad its always the same mostly boring stuff every year. I'd love to see some stuff like:
- Total number of Gil paid for NPC/Limbus/Dynamis average a day/total number for 1 year
- Total number of Gil dropped by Mobs average a day/total number for 1 year
- Number of mobs defeated average a day/total number for 1 year
- Accounts created/deleted
- Average Accuracy of all DRG among all servers
- Experience Points earned total for all players/player average
- Merit Points earned total for all players/player average
- Average Tachi: Kasha damage on Tiamat/Jorm/Vrtra
Or more detailed item information, like how many Items were created by the system (synthed/dropped/obtained). Would be interesting to see the total number of Ridills, Kraken Clubs, Speed Belts and so on.
Hume F finally beat out the lanky elvaan males. >:3
It was kind of a kick in the balls to hear them mention WoG and not back it up with anything...
Better get some new stuff on that soon.
It's pretty huge Sols, copy and pasting it would take until you got home. ;POriginally Posted by solsovly
That Anime convention this weekend should have some more information.Originally Posted by LD

Merits/Ridills/kraken clubs/Maat's caps/gil/mobs defeated/accounts/NMs would've made this real nice.Originally Posted by TB
But why didn't they include beastmen this time? Would've been nice to see Mamool/Troll/Lamia/Qiqirn job %s and maybe Demons, Fomors, and Goblins and Moblins split. Okay, maybe I just liked the 2005 inclusion of beasties 'cuz I am to beastmen as Septimus is to Galka, but so what!?
This is what I thought when I read this. :3Originally Posted by Neosutra
I think this can be attributed almost entirely to people lagging out in Aht Urhgan Whitegate. Now let’s take a look at the amount of time players spend on a character each day. Last year’s census saw 72% of people logging in for less than 3 hours of play time, while this year that figure has risen to 77.8%.
How far down is the player base from last year... It's currently at 500,000... wasn't it near 1,000,000 last year?
No, its been at a good 500k for the last 2-3 years.Originally Posted by Francisco II

I really wish that they tracked the total distribution per job for all characters. Eightteen charts to show the number of people who have each job at what level. (Even break it down to every ten levels.)
I would also like to see for the people at level 75, the distribution of the number of 75 jobs. But I work with statistics.
Also, they didn't include craft distribution this time around.
It's funny to see them try to explain everything in the census, usually getting it wrong.
Of course, why didn't I realize it was a direct result of everyone rushing to make these (the only recent item added that uses tiger leather). This year’s census has seen the previously popular sheepskin drop in rank, while black tiger hides have shot up nine places to third position--a direct result of synthesis recipes introduced in recent version updates.

I never knew this, I usually just use the tanks to get my hi-potions.The hi-potion tank is often received as a reward for these missions, and can be desynthesized into hi-potions.

Despite its relatively late introduction into the game, by far and away the most popular relic is the Aegis, with a record of 144 shields created. This popularity can be attributed to the low cost of crafting the Aegis compared to other relic-level items [...]As already been discussed.[...] Gjallarhorn are the most prevalent among the relic weapons, ranging from 90 to 94 items created. This rivalry can be attributed to the popularity of the jobs capable of equipping these weapons.
-----------------------------------------------
Of course. It is also interesting to witness the decline in players using Jeuno as their Home Point. This can most likely be attributed to the change in play style ever so prevalent since the implementation of Assault and Besieged.
-----------------------------------------------
Oh, good point. It may also be attributed to the fact that transport to Jeuno has been made easier thanks to the Tarutaru brothers located in Al Zahbi.
-----------------------------------------------
So that's why only 25% of the player base has reached the final chapter of CoP. The strong bond of friendship and teamwork.Next, we have some mission progression data from Chains of Promathia (released globally on September 16, 2004). The difficulty of these missions is widely known; however, the fact that 25% of players have reached the final chapter and the spoils it has to offer, shows a strong bond of friendship and teamwork among our community.
-----------------------------------------------
But definitely not so they can use the runic portals. However, the largest number can be seen at President Salaheem, where over 20% stands. This can be attributed to player interest in participating in Assault missions.

Thanks.Try shouting in Jeuno or Whitegate, and chances are you will easily find companions to come to your aid.
LOL my first thought was "go ahead and shout there, I'll never see it!" :DOriginally Posted by Khamsin
