alright, Riful's possible survival is gonna be awesome.
Still though, if the random projectile of the damn thing is that deadly, I'd really, really hate to see what the awakened luciela/rafaela combo can do...
God, just let Priscilla eat a bunch of humans and regain her power to duke it out with that shit already...
That would be cool, but you know Raki going to be all whiny about it.
I approve of the concept of mindless offspring of evil being very powerful and hard kill.
I disapprove of your sentence structure.
everything pre-North Slaughter seemed to move much faster. now it seems to take forever to get anywhere :/
It always seems that way when you have to wait a month between chapters. Before the Pieta invasion you could read up to volume 12 (at the very least, volume 11) continuously which made the pacing faster. I imagine such a thing would be hard to say if you started reading Claymore monthly from chapter 1.
19 pages chapter on monthly schedule is such a travesty :/
What are you talking about? Claymore usually has around 30 pages per month...
right...it just feel so short for some reason though lol
Yeah, it's easy to blow through the pages, especially since Claymore isn't exactly a chatty manga.
no kidding.. but its still good overall... lots of action and very little text, good enough to make you want more O_o
I don't even know what to think of on the next chapter...
Spoiler: show
too much can/would happen... dam 1month waits ;/
Spoiler: show
The twins weren't owned. One of them was and it was pretty clear she was the "weakest link" as she's essentially like one of the Northern 7 except without even being able to access her yoki as it'd most likely have Alicia turn. So Beth is probably the weakest one out there and in the story, aside from possibly the organization (we don't yet know if they have any powers or just control beings with power). Riful isn't done yet, too.
I don't mind it because they aren't the main characters. With what you are talking about, these events happen away from the main crew and it's like you (the viewer) are just checking in from time to time to see the most important aspects of something that's happening "over there" while sticking mainly with Clare & co. It's certainly not like Bleach, how many months has it been since we've seen, or even heard mention of, Ichigo? Not to mention, there isn't a lot to show with these zombie chicks' fighting style, we'd be getting page after page of groans and mindless attacks. Having that distilled is probably for the best.
On another note, i just watched through the anime again. Priscella awakening was still a "holy shit" moment even though I knew what was going to happen from the start. Still a very emotionally powerful scene.
Is the anime worth watching? Was never really interested since I read the manga from the start.
The anime almost followed the manga exactly up until the last few episodes from what I remember. It was actually pretty cool in my opinion. If you end up liking it and wanting more, the manga expands on the story much more.
the anime is great to watch. especially for the Teresa v top 5 fight. just stop at the last 3 episodes.
