I thought it was just me and my usual sucking with names/faces.
I have to agree with the knowing the Claymores by their hair style, even then some of them are pretty similar. There's a couple that really stand out for me. Obviously Claire, Theresa, Miria. Strangely, Ophelia is one of the old Claymores that sticks with me, no idea why, maybe just because she was so fuckin weird
her death was memorable, plus she was batshit insane
And pretty fucking awesome. Ilena also stands out for having elf ears and a weird nose.
Wasn't a bad chapter. Hopefully we'll see some progression coming up, and maybe find out wtf happened to Claire.
This bears repeating. I want to like Claymore more than I presently do, but I hate having to guess who is who. It is not helpful that every other chapter (i.e. every three months), we repeat the 'oh no what will our heroines do they're hopelessly outgunned BUT WAIT FROM THE SHINING HORIZON A BLONDE CHICK EVERYONE RECOGNIZES BUT YOU STRIKES THE FOE WITH HER...SWORD' scenario.
It's not boring, but apart from all the pretty sword flashing and jumping around I have no idea who is doing what to whom, or what the fuck they even matter to the story anymore.
I've never really had a hard time with faces, but the newer claymores don't really have names for me to care about.
The chapter was confusing, I have to read it again. I think it might have been a bad translation, as it seemed like they weren't really saying anything with the half-man half-yoma thing again. I kinda get the feeling they were referring to something else, or maybe another chapter is needed to explain stuff.
As much as I love Claymore, I've decided to just read it in graphic novels. I already have all those released and I find it nice to be able to read a block of it all at once, rather than just the 1 chapter every month+ or so.
Just marathoned the anime recently on Netflix. Makes me want a second season despite feeling like what's happened in the manga since then wouldn't really fuel another 26 episodes. The alternate ending could easily be worked around to get things back on track.

I started out bored, stayed bored, got confused, bored again, really confused, then stayed confused.
It's really not that confusing...
It wasn't the most exciting chapter, but the ending definitely got me pumped up to see what happens next.
I like it. It should that the claymores that know absolutely nothing of what's happening outside of them, aren't just helpless sheep and can think on their own. It was a good twist and i'm actually pumped to read the next one.
It is currently a bit full of holes, hopefully the next few chapters clear some stuff up. Though like the rest, it definitely has me excited for next month, something Claymore hasn't done for a while now. Here's to hoping some good shit happens!
She looks fucking badass with those scars, though I could have sworn that they beat her body into a pulp instead of just stabbing her a bunch.
What do you guys think the chances of the remaining two "flawless" dead warriors being Theressa?
I'm getting more and more disappointed that there's been little to no mention of Claire or Raki. I would like to see some internal monologue from Claire as she tries to save herself or something, is she just going to be a blob in a field forever? Seems like they are expanding the cast of characters to the hindrance of the main characters.
I agree, where is Claire? What happened? There is too much time between chapters to not even drop a hint.
They'll probably focus on that later, probably after they reveal who the last warriors are and what the abyssals they're making are for.
As much as I love Teresa, I will rage if she shows up reincarnated to be some "bad guy" that Claire has to fight.
god, this has Naruto written all over it
