I thought it was interesting, giving some backstory to the people and their abilities. Let's you know more about their character for the future. Annoying cause you want the story to progress forward, but I can appreciate a chapter like this occasionally. Besides, I always like seeing Claymores fight each other.

I'm ok with the backstory of these characters, they're previous #1's so they should have interesting things about them, and this ultimately cleared up the story for 2 of them, and I have to say I enjoyed it, Roxanne is really interesting, and Cassandras power is cool too. In a creepy way but I'm excited to see if they team can beat these 3 super powers.

i'd probably have to go back and reread some, but these #1s had their bodies dead reanimated? or were put in stasis after taking heavy dmg beyond repair?

would be a twist if they brought Teressa back and just do some kinda mind wiping since technically they have her complete body, minus some of her "blood" that was given to clair

I can't help but think that she'll pop up as a trump card at some point in the story, but certainly not until Clare reconstitutes/reemerges/whatever.

I imagine it's like a rag being dragged back and forth across the floor lol, but yeah, I would love to see it animated for some mind-fuckery. How the shit she uses this on awakened beings I dunno, since it barely looks like it should work on claymores.

The only thing that gets me down is that there are too many freaking characters. I wish they would sometimes concentrate on the main characters from the start of the series.

Considering a whole bunch will probably die, I have no problems with interesting new characters. Roxanne is such a douche and I love it. At least the new SDs are easier to distinguish, I could've sworn Cassandra's BFF was Cynthia...

Still could be, but I don't really care. Ahh, I think I'm becoming a little weary of Claymore at this point, too long for too little progress.

So the point of reanimating the three #1's is to have them all awaken, become the new abyssal whatever's, and destroy the rebel Claymore's as well as maybe that thing Riful created what feels like 10 years ago that absorbed Clair and is fighting Priscilla?

Wow, surprised that we actually got a good Claymore chapter...one that actually gave me chills.

And I fell back in love with Miria with this chapter...she was kinda slacking the last few but retained her title as badass =P
