Steam problem?

I've been geting this lately
http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/3891/swhatdw6.jpg but steam isn't showing up. My firewall accepts it and such..it just isn't loading, I had DSL problems last night, it kept cuting off and on etc.

exit out of it in the process menu then restart it?

When it loads it keeps crashing now I've already restarted twice

I used to get that error on our school's computers. The program is running, but just really, really slow, wait a while for it to pop up. Either in the tool bar or on your desktop screen.

Also if the crashing persists, I would just re-install steam. Though you would prb would have to re-install / download all your games as well...

Ctrl + Shift + Escape, processes tab, select Steam.exe, hit delete, enter.
Browse to the Steam installation path, delete ClientRegistry.blob.
Start Steam up again.
