    Would the single whm and rdm be enough to keep the monks alive?

    If they're good, yes. If not, just stuff extra healers in an outside party.

Seems like it would help a lot with the hate issue, and time needed to kill. Then you just need healers to back them up, and you could throw in black mages for even more damage if you wanted. Do you think it would work well?
    monks work fine as tanks, you probably wont' need two bards, I personally prefer rangers over blackmages (fewer cells to get up and running) but it depends on the zone and the farming path which you might have extra cells for.

    the issue is usually hate reset moves, not generating hate in the first place - several groups (mine included) usually bring a paladin along to spike hate after a hate reset move, until the monks can get back to the top of the hate list; but this might not be necessary.

    Re: Salvage DD selection

    Did some maths for fun (was wondering the difference between ridill and axe), didn't include subtle blow and dual wield, too much of an hassle at 6am.

    Ridill average 6.35tp every 236 delay
    Juggernaut average 7.6tp every 288 delay
    Bravura average 13.24 every 488 delay

    Monsters gain "base tp +3"
    Ridill = 18.7tp given every 236 delay (average of 2.0 hit per round)
    Juggernaut = 11.1 tp given every 288 delay (15% Double attack)
    Bravura = 18.7 tp given every 488 delay (15% double)

    Average tp given every 30sec.
    Ridill = 142tp/30sec
    Juggernaut = 69.4 tp/30 sec (juggernaut/woodville would give same tp
    Jugger/Rid = 102.3 tp/30sec
    Bravura = 69tp/30sec

    Was too lazy to calculate it including dual wield, so it's incorrect, but 20% dual wield would increase your tp given considerably (the +3tp hurt a lot).

    Not sure how salvage NM use tp, but most monsters out there use their move around 300tp between 25-100% hp, and 100tp under 25%...or something like that. Might have done something wrong above...kinda lazy to double check, but the 33tp difference every 30sec between ridill and maneater shouldn't be noticeable early in the fight.

    I always noticed that TP usage above 25% was very random, where the mob sometimes used at 100%, sometimes used when it hit 300%, and sometimes it was somewhere inbetween. I assume it's just a random number above 100%, until 25%.

    Re: Salvage DD selection

    I believe there is a random factor as well, however, after 2 "event" this week where I had to give tp to monster this week (Tier9 Mamool ja and helping a blu learn spell on blm), I'm starting to believe it tend to be 300tp more often then not. When I was helping blu, the only tp I was giving came from stone1/water1, and it was never using any move under 200 (10tp per nuke, was doing over 20).
    Same thing happened in mamool ja training ground when we were feeding mobs. They were always using their tp move way pass 150tp over 25% hp.

    I wouldn't place a bet on that, and it might depend of the mobs category, but considering they TP at regular interval and always after getting TP, I would say there is a "minimum" tp that is constant to some extent.

    If you're helping a BLU learn a spell, always get the mob down to 25% first, then start giving it TP with small damage. Got my friend 3 BLU spells in 5 mobs this way today. (Spinal Cleave is a pain, 1/3 )

    Yeah I was just using that time to test certain thing about tp activation above 25% tp. Did it like 6-7 times above 25% tp before getting bored and spamming spell at 25% and less.
    I also came to the wonderful realization that mobs will always use buff/range tp move when they are bound away from the players. Well, I knew that already, but never thought about going blm to help a BLU learn buff/range..I was always going war

    It's nice when kiting Amikiri, too, since he always uses Sharp Strike when he gets TP.

    But anyway, back on topic. <_<

    Boss Chariots dont store up to 300% before 25%hp, I can guarantee that.
