Virtue Stones for WS macro

Will the proc on a WS or should I macro something else like a sting for WSs?

I did some brief testing once that seemed to indicate that it could not proc, but I might be wrong. In before people saying that multi-hit weapons can't multi proc weapon skills. In before people pointing out that Virtue Weapons break other rules about what multi-hit weps can/can not do. In before 48 hit hexastrike comments.

I know that when my Amood is active, Raging Rush regularly shows 5 and sometimes 6 hit TP returns, the frequency of which suggests that it must be kicking in during the WS.

The reason this is relevant is that Amood is one of those weapons, which like Jailer weapons, can stack with Double Attack.

The idea that it couldn't proc during a WS just seems extra lame.

Not very hard to test, if you check how many virtue stones you got before and after WS.

wouldn't you lose tp changing ranged items? did it change now that the bomb core and such can't be thrown? i know that changing instruments doesn't cause TP loss, so this might be an interesting consequence of the change. or i could just be stupid/behind the times and talking out of my ass.

You don't lose TP from changing Ammo.

Only the ranged slots. If it was ammo, I think every ranger would just about cry, especially when dealing with status bolts.

Only the ranged slots. If it was ammo, I think every ranger would just about cry, especially when dealing with status bolts.

touche. i must have been thinking about throwing weapons or something. because i could TP so fast with a chakram before i switched to shurikens for a throwing WS! plus, if i'd been right in the first place, WSing w/ a ppa would be quite difficult. i guess i'm just an idiot.

Many times I find myself swinging 2-5 times before and 2-5 times right after the WS when I do WS. I swing so fast it seems extremely hard to catch it.

A While ago you'd lose tp for changing ammo slot but this was before NA PC release iirc.

And to the person who said they get Raging rush 5-6 hits some times, you have you war, /war or using brutal earing? There was some big post a while ago proving that you can DA more than once in certain multifold WSes I believe.
