Also supposedly there is some kinda of secret shop on EN II? Anyone know where it is?

If you look on your map in the shop area on the east side, a little north, there's a litte half-circle. If you go in that area, there's a wall and then you can barely slip around it and there's a shop door kinda hidden on the next wall facing north.
I suck at describing things, sorry D:
Just got a 5087 hit combo using a WAYYYY underleveled Bacchus on the 2nd version of Kokabiel and found out there's no trophy or achievement for anything combo related (or at least not with the characters I was using...)
Kinda unhappy about that, lol
Taking a break from this game for a bit... Just frustrated with the Battle Trophies at needing 50% per character to go beyond the level caps. It's really making progressing in the hidden dungeons that much more a pain in the ass. Especially since I am level 90-95 with my main 4 (Edge, Reimi, Meracle, Sarah).
Battle Trophies annoy the hell out of me. I'm glad it's not DO YOU WANT TO SAVE?!?!? anymore at least though...
I'm not having fun with BTs either; seriously been taking a break and playing Last Remnant because quite frankly, I don't feel like grinding another 100 BTs...My edge is at like 39% but my Myuria/Lymle are both between 10-20% so its a pain in the ass.
But I did lol out loud really hard when I had Myuria basically solo her shadow in the Wandering Dungeon. She got like 9 BTs from that.
At least good ol' Reimi is at like 69%, lawl.
Weird, halfway through the Cave of Seven Stars I was level 88ish and Edge and Reimi both had over 50%, and Arumat was really close too.
Sarah's trophies on the other hand, ugh.
You probably swapped chars depending on the situation realllllly often? =P
Probably. I'm fond of doing multi character combos. People often talk about how they destroy boss X with Reimi in 2 minutes or whatever, but if you combine Reimi and Arumat (Nether Spiking enemies stunned by Sparrows, etc) into the same combo, you literally double the speed of the fight.
This is probably my favorite improvement over SO3's battle system. It really was made to create these exciting combos, although people rarely seem to take advantage. (Although there's an awesome video on Youtube of someone taking out the cameo battle with repeated 3-char combos)
I dunno, myself I try to use multi chars when I can but its so much more difficult sometimes then just spamming Crimson Squall / Savage Sparrows, especially in some of the more nasty fights like the boss on the 10th floor of the Wandering Dungeon. I've always had problems multi-playing characters though, haha.
Huh? You make it sound like you're close to the level cap, which you aren't. The level cap is 200. At level 200 you can pretty much destroy the regular mobs in both dungeons and the easier bosses in the Wandering Dungeon with ease.
But I agree BTs are a bitch. My main group is 190+ with Reimi at 202 or so. She's the only one I've broken the cap for so far. I took a break from the game when I lost a 6 hour game getting to EQ and losing when I didn't have enough raise items. But I recently picked the game back up and started a new file on Universe (which is fucking hard when you first start at level 1) to work on BTs. I ended up grinding for 90 minutes or so before I went after the boss on the first world. A word of advice for anyone stepping up difficulties. DO THE TEAM BATTLE IN THE COLOSSEUM AND 100% THE WANDERING SWORDSMAN. Holy shit his monster jewel makes it easier. That and you can steal enough monster jewels on Lemuris, so everyone has one in your party. That jewel makes replaying the game a lot easier.
I am extremely pissed at the disc switching thing. I think I've swapped discs 10+ times today going from the coliseum / cave -> calnus and back.
I know the answer is "well install to your HD" but it makes my game freeze and from what I've read about 50% of people can't install to their HDs because the game will randomly freeze up on them.
It's fucking annoying when I have to roll out of bed at night a bunch of fucking times because Caiti falls asleep earlier then I do and I have to listen to her bitch and moan that I woke her up just because I want to fucking craft some items.
Even if you install to HD, still have to switch discs
Once you get to the 2nd bonus dungeon its not bad, since its on Disc 3 too
Yeah, but sadly sometimes still have to run back to Tatroi to grab materials to craft items :/
Just lost 6ish hours of work in Cave of Seven Stars.
Got sloppy / overconfident and died to the priest boss with his like 10,000 minions of F6.
Probably not touching SO4 until I completely forget that even happened.
Just wait 'till that happens in Wandering Dungeon.
Pretty much why I stopped, though I'm ready to take down EQ any moment if I get off my ass and go through the floors again.
I say it like that because I am close the the first cap of 100 and at 90-95, the Stars dungeon still causes me pain since I can't make any ultra weapons yet. Arumat's Duplication ability is on floor 7 and I'm only on 3 and just too annoyed by those damned Bees that I don't want to go in there again for a while. That and I'm miles away from breaking that cap through BTs and that is what is more annoying.
Just avoid the bees; everything else in there is pretty easy. Avoid the trees though too, they sometimes come with bees. Just grind a little bit in there, by the time you hit 110 the bees won't be so bad anymore.
Get Dragon's Roar
Berserk
???
Profit
it's so easy to just insta-gib entire enemy spreads if you can manage to position yourself so DR hits all/most of the enemies, of course I'd suggest getting your battleboard setup before you try that though (unless you really like recovering hp/mp and getting lots of money)
