I notice you're on Pande, but I don't know who you are. I don't want to make any assumptions about you, but I will say that, for the most part, people still don't step on each other's toes and follow the pact to a degree mostly to avoid competition. So I wouldn't say it is old at all.

Hell, DDs who are too piss-poor to afford oils and powders STILL exist today. I had some SAM the other day who couldn't med himself at level 67 because he lacked the money for them.
