last I checked, it was refresh that got added about the same time that redmage lost cure V. - and how far back are we talking for redmage to have regen as an exclusive spell? o.o (I wasn't aware that this was ever the case)

honestly, you can have flash. you need it for tanking alot more than whitemage does!

Yeah, Refresh and Regen were both added the same patch as RDM only spells. A few patched later Regen was added to WHM and Regen II and III were made WHM only. They could have at least given Regen II and II to RDMs as well... >_>

I'm not sure if it was always in or not, but I think that it used to restore 3mp per tick, then they realized it was overpowered so they separated it into mages ballad I & II.

I really wish they'd add a Ballad III, they could make it so it didn't stick with I and II; then mages could actually get another song other than MP refresh for a change. :/

If that were true it might be quite cool, macro after your WS so the tp loss was minimal.

(No, I'm not saying it'd be better than /war or /nin, just quite cool.)
