*Aproaching Crawlers Nest* "No dont zone !!111!"
Back in the olden days, i remember someone trained a load of orcs in Ronfaure (Normal ones on the upper scale of Fodder etc) to the zone and then GM's coming and clearing them D:
And then the times when people would zone that Mission Orc NM in Ronfaure lol (*'-')

Rofl, that was bloods on phoenix. He EES KB at 1% solo, so all items immeadatley dropped into his inventory.Originally Posted by Posco

give everyone ballad!Originally Posted by Fridell
The commonly accepted method when I leveled BRD at that time was "Hit the melee with melee songs, hit the mages and PLD with ballads and toss the THF etudes". But that required your BRD to actually care about the THF and not go AFK while songs were on (read: less than 5% of all bards). THF really must have sucked pre-Assassin >_>Originally Posted by Fridell

LOL I did the exact same thing. 98>100 I HQ'd three masks. Sold for 700k, 500k, 400k. Was happy but god damn 16M for each would have been nice. I didn't want to finish the stretch at the time because of losing money; damnit I wish I risked it.Originally Posted by Zalius
i gotta say, i was in an xp party yesterday... i was on mnk and the thf and i were actually skillchaining and we had a black mage magic bursting. i mean yeah, howling fist isnt my favorite weaponskill in the world(the pt was 60-62), but yeah, it was actually remarkably satisfying as an xp pt. no it wasnt zomg 15-20k an hour, but it was an above average exp pt that was really enjoyable and reminded me of days before arrowburns, manaburns and meleeburns.
I was skillchaining today, actually
Slug shot > Viper bite on Lesser Colibri, fun times.
No BLM to MB though :\
what was impressive(and im not gonna lie, mildly stupid) was that our black mage was magic bursting AM on our distortion chains. flood for 1.3-1.5k on a distortion chain would just drop the damn mob. the impressive part was that without annoying macros, or even coordination other than 'hay, we're gonna skillchain in this party' unless soporific messed up the skillchain, we almost never missed the magic burst. as a 75 blm who literally leveled from 20-75 in a manaburn static, it was really nicely timed on everyone's part.
