Yea, I think the title is a little miss leading but couldn't think of a better one.

So Before I ask for help if anyone knows how to fix it I will give a little back story.

About 3-4years ago I got over 250 Stitches in my arm and foot. So about a month after i get stitches out(not inside stitches those stayed in) I started to get pains in my wrist by were it was. So I asked a Doctor and she said I had a nerve stuck between a bone and she offer to remove it. But I thought it was surgery so I said no and left.

The pain comes back about twice A month and it feels like someone is bending my wrist and snapping it. I learned to live with it but now it is just a burden with my job when it comes.

So My question to Bg is anyone got any idea what it is and how do Doctors get rid of it? I would ask a Doctor but i don't really wanna be charged 200$ to be told what it is.

ok serious answer, Lucky for you, I'm on my 3rd year in medical school. The surgery is pretty common and nothing to worry about. Once they open the area, they improve the room available to the nerve by either shrinking swollen tissue around it or mobilize the nerve through some scar tissue that may have built up around it from too much inflammation.

I'm afraid of surgery, If i had to choose life or death if I didn't get some surgery I would choose death.

I got stitches from putting new windows on my house. Long story short there was some broken glass blood and a whole lot of WTF's going on.

Also if i touch the scar below one on my wrist I do feel like I'm getting a tingling feeling.

I had two reconstructive elbow surgeries while I was awake (because I wanted to watch), and I can tell you from experience, it's not that bad.

Except the part when they do a nerve block to numb your arm and shove what feels like a foot long needle into your neck and armpit.

Other then that it's cake.

If you had said some excuse like, "I don't have insurance, I can't afford it" that would be acceptable...but "wahhhhh I don't want to fix a problem that could become much more severe than it is now because I don't want little prickly things in me that I won't even feel" is a pretty stupid fucking reason not to get whatever it is fixed.
