Retrieving a sold account

Ok so I've been gone for a very long time from this game and have been pondering about making a very casual return. Retreiving my past account only sparks my interested because I just spotted 2 SE charges to my credit which is very odd (considering I cancelled well over a year ago)

I completely forget but could someone that has my account try reactivating it under my card... when they don't have my full CC number? Also if I call customer service and try to work some magic, what would they need to know to like "give me my PW and thus in turn, I could change all my info."

they have to have the registration keys you used for your character, your full name the CC info and i think that's it. oh and your POL ID

If whomever took it charged your credit card, call SE, tell them you forgot your pw, give them POL ID and CC number and they'll straight up give you a new PW if that CC info is still being used.
