Don't go for a pure mind build IMO. Just use it where it makes sense (IE AF+1 feet over Hect, MAYBE aqua over flame ring.) I'd also toss the acc ring for meriting.

Your stuff looks good though. Bomblet shouldn't be necessary, bomb core is great in its own right.

How much ACC does gorget give as opposed to Pcharm?

As far as I understood gorgets, it's 10% acc bonus. BUT, there has been evidence to suggest that it may only effect the first hit of a Multi-hit WS (Not proven beyond a reasonable doubt though; but Asuran fists with Faith Torque beat the corresponding Gorget...)

Justice is just ownage, I would definitely use it during WS. for TP build, you may want to consider it, if you want to boost your attack with nice accuracy (depending on overall acc).
