No, the screenshots Sono posted make it pretty clear that the IPs are exactly the same. The "few digits different" IP that's in Whitey's screenshot isn't even his public IP, it's the IP of his ISP's DNS server, which is in the appropriate range to match Sono's screenshots.

This is a private IP retard. You're behind a router on a normal residential connection which uses DHCP to give out private IP's to computers on your network. You have one public IP that is used by all computers on your network (via NAT) to access the internet.
